Daily jobs:- Visiting customers as customers visit program.- Taking additional visits when there are any problems occurred on Quality, Services, … or when Customer requests for support in case of their Seamer or Filler broken down.- When on site:Following up the corrective action implementation of relevant departments assigned by Customer Complaints meeting minute.Co-operating with Manufacturing Department to improve our Quality or Services to meet up the requirement of each Customer.To contact and/ or reply to our Customers on CTS area of responsibilities.To provide information on Customers Status2. Month jobs:- Carrying out Customer filling line audit.- Evaluating the working condition of the filling line (especially Filler and Seamer). Advising our customers to adjust or maintain the Filler, Seamer fo achieve the best performance.- Training our Customers on Seamer set up and update technologies relative to Double Seam, handling products (empty cans and filled cans),- Report Writing- Training Can Plant Personnel in Customer Needs.- Training about Can making process for customers.- Other tasks are assigned by Manager.Yêu cầu công việc1. Technical- Education: Degree or equivalent.- Skills & Competence:- Able to read/write report and communicate in English.- Proficient in MS office.2. Interpersonal- Conscientious, motivated, and good initiative.- Able to work well with other functional departments.- Good communication skills.- Able to multi-task3. Mô tả việc làm

1. Daily jobs:
– Visiting customers as customers visit program.
– Taking additional visits when there are any problems occurred on Quality, Services, … or when Customer requests for support in case of their Seamer or Filler broken down.
