Mức lương: Cạnh tranh Loại hình: Toàn thời gian Chức vụ: Nhân viên tài chínhpaymentinvoicesexcelMô tả công việcMô tả Công việcVerify the booking as recorded correctly in the Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledger sorted by customer.Confirm that the accounts receivable balance in the General Ledger agrees to the Sub-Ledger.Verify all sales are settled by credits cards, and ensure all payments are received from credit card companies and ensure no unsettled sales vouchers remain.Process credit card payments and refund to customersPrepare oversea travel agent commissions for payment on a timely basis.Liaison with reservations, sales and front office staff daily on rates etc, to reduce potential invoice errors.
