– Receiving and checking purchase documents: Check the legality and validity of invoices and purchase documents: company information, tax code, value, item, quantity.
– Following the accounting of payable/ receivable operations.
– Check and prepare monthly VAT declaration reports. Calculate the VAT refund amount by monthly. Make application for VAT refund.
– Can make monthly personal income tax reports.
– Following the details of account receivables.
– Participate in the Company’s annual inventory of supplies and goods.
– Participate in providing and explaining data for independent audit, internal audit, and tax inspection according to department requirements.
– Manage and take responsibility for assigned work.
– Update new tax laws, circulars, regulations related to accounting section.
* Working time: Office Hours (Mon-Fri) 7:50-17:00

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

* Academic requirement:
– College degree above of Accounting background
– Having experience in steel manufacturing company is priority
* Language requirement:
– Good English communication skills (TOEIC 500 or equivalent).
– Chinese or Japanese is a plus
* Other Skills requirement:
– Good at troubles analysis and document processing and controlling
– Continuous Improvement, ability to work multi-task and team spirit, hardworking and be careful
