Mô tả công việcResponsible and accountable for sourcing/ purchasing activities related to direct material, in alignment with goals of purchasing team and company organization. Assistant directly to Director on sourcing activities, included scouting potential supplier, collecting information, doing supplier pre-assessment, homologation, negotiation, price comparison, market research, follow up project of new item development, etc. Sourcing Management – Uses the Sourcing Management Process to apply required tools in the creation and implementation of local source plans to manage assurance of supply, quality, service, cost, innovation and regulatory compliance within the Country and align globally, resulting in breakthrough strategies which optimize value and ensure appropriate risk management. Proactive Cost Management: Achieves cost control, cost reduction, and cost containment targets, and adds value to area of expenditure through a strong total cost orientation. Identifies and documents all cost reduction and profit plan improvements. Market Knowledge and Insight: Links market knowledge and country requirements to Region sourcing managers supporting the creation of breakthrough strategies. Supplier Management: Assists in evaluating potential suppliers on country specific issues. Is familiar with the various suppliers and business product lines available in Vietnam. Negotiate with suppliers/contractors in all terms & conditions in contract Manage logistics contractors, have ability to evaluate and find new logistics contractors when needed Organize the transport (import-export) of the parts from/ to Vietnam Yêu cầu công việcAt least 03 years of experience in same position (have experience in automobile/heavy duty machine/port equipment is a plus) Bachelor degree Good at doing the pricing analysis, the commercial terms and conditions (i.e. incoterm, etc.) Excellent negotiation, planning, analyzing, communications and presentation skills Quyền lợi được hưởngXem xét tăng lương hàng năm Bảo hiểm theo quy định của nhà nước (trên 100% lương) Hỗ trợ ăn trưa Cấp xe hơi phục vụ công việc nếu có bằng B2 Thưởng tháng 13 Thông tin khácMức lương Trên 13 triệu Số lượng tuyển 2 người Hình thức làm việc Toàn thời gian Cấp bậc Nhân viên Giới tính Không yêu cầu Kinh nghiệm 4 năm Nộp hồ sơ liên hệ CTy TNHH L&D AUTONộp hồ sơ ngay
