Mô tả công việcMô tả Công việcPositively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.Yêu cầu công việcYêu Cầu Công ViệcOne year working experience is preferred.Basic Education completed is preferred.Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.Must present a well-groomed appearance.Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
