– Control and manage the entire kitchen’s operations.
– Set up plan and detail working schedule for department (monthly, quarterly, annually).
– Build up and develop measure on safety of fire prevention and ensure all employee know and implement this well.
– Train Kitchen staff at the hotel.
– To manage, coordinate, check the works of subordinate effectively and economize.
– The details will be updated during the interview.

– Significant experience in international hotel.
– Leadership and well organized.
– Experience in team management.
– Good communication skills in English.
