Job Description
Finishing Process Engineer (ID 17393) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $900/month salary + opportunities to grow!
Conduct feasibility studies and submit reports.
Review product and tooling design with consideration for manufacturing processes.
Lead process implementation, prepare related documentation (e.g., work instructions), and ensure timely sample delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during product development.
Hand over product development to the launch team, ensuring all data and documents are updated, and support the team through the first pilot run.
Conduct trial builds, optimize processes, and collect data for the lesson-learned database.
Support RCD activities and projects within the technical department.
Requirement
Male/Femail, 27-37 years old
College degree in mechanical, automotive, or mechatronics engineering; bachelor’s preferred.
3 years of experience in similar position in automotive,mechanical, mechatronics.
Good experience with 2D/3D software and manufacturing.
IATF 16949 awareness is a plus.
