Mô tả việc làm
* Working place: CSVC Head office – BRVT
1. Managing, arranging, and making payment for commute buses.
2. Managing, making purchase plan and distributing Uniform.
3. Support in planning communication and organizing internal and external company events activities.
4. Management of meeting rooms, website and brochure of company.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
* Academic background:
– Bachelor degree of Business, Commerce, International Relations, or other related fields
* Knowledge/Experience:
– Having knowledge about ISO, ERP and commercial software will be an advantage.
– Having experience working in the manufacture factory/ steel industry will be preferred. (At least 2 years)
* Abilities and Skills:
– Good English communication skills (TOEIC 600 or equivalent), Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
– Team managing & job instructing skills.
– Living in Ba Ria – Vung Tau is preferred.
– Self-improving continuously.
