. Help in overseeing daily hotel operations, like facilities maintenance
· Help in building an exemplary rule of conduct to ensure customer’s satisfaction
· Deal with customers’ complaints, when necessary
· Assist in research in legal and financial aspects of the business
. Promote tourism by producing promotional tourist information, like guidebooks and press releases
· Coordinate seasonal events and festivals
. Greet and welcome customers
· Meet the various needs of a diverse customers and solve problems that might arise during their stay
· Receive calls and forward any messages
· Maintain reservations from phone calls, online and walk-in customers
· Deliver packages to the intended recipients
