Handling guests check in / check out and casino membership enrollment.
Greets guests upon arrival and hosts player requests throughout their trip.
Assists in developing invitation lists for special events and in planning events.
Keeps informed of competitive promotional levers such as competitor invitations, direct mail offers and key event strategies.
Issues and makes complimentary decisions based on player worth to ensure loyalty and repeat visitation.
Develop relationships with new potential customers using appropriate recruiting and enrollment procedures.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Preferably graduated from university in Vietnam or overseas, preferably from hospitality management.
Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in hospitality industry.
Medium to High level of proficiency in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin.
Excellent guest relation skills.
Highly self-motivated, strong analytical/problem solving and decision making.
Able to travel for business trip when required.
