Mô tả công việc

• Monitor the daily/ weekly/ monthly quality situation.
• Daily control the quality of materials (sand, stone, cement, PC Bar, steel flange, concrete, etc.)
• Daily control the quality of finished products; investigate causes of quality nonconformity; propose preventive and corrective action.
• Treatment of quality issues: investigate causes of abnormal, take countermeasures and follow up;..
• Monitor the calibration status of devices and test equipment; monitor the precision of test and test report.
• Monitor the production procedures, report found problems, propose enhancement solutions.
• Supervise the repair team, make a defect product analysis report, evaluate the product after repair.
• List up the risks of quality NCR for Quality Control System/ PHC Process.
• Cooperate with sales department, provide technical support when necessary.
• Go to site to check in-situ quality whenever required.
• Perform other missions desired by Supervisor or Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate with at least 1 years working in a PHC Pile factory is preferred.
• Degree holder: bachelor or higher of Construction Material or Civil Engineering.
• Practical knowledges of PHC Pile, concrete and steel
• Familiar with the Statistical Techniques, Process Improvement Tools used in manufacturing process
• Fluency in both speaking and writing (English)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good team player.
