Mô tả công việcMô tả Công việcSupport operational staff in daily communicating with Chinese/Korean guestsTranslate documents related to Chinese/Korean if requiredGreet guests and manage the queues at Front Desk upon arrival or departureGive direction or escort guests to function rooms or guest roomsResponds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.Perform all other job related duties as requested.Yêu cầu công việcYêu Cầu Công ViệcOne year working experience is preferred.Good in Chinese or Korean LanguageBasic Education completed is preferred.Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.Must present a well-groomed appearance.Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
