Manage and support tasks included: training, recruitment, labor contract, regulation, evaluation…
1. Performing recruitment (Posting, collecting CV, screening CV, interviews,….;make & keep relationship with college, university, training school; reporting on resignation rate, successful rate of recruitment)
2. Make announcement, decision on rotation, appoint, appointment, reward / discipline…
3. Update Organizational chart
4. Other jobs as assigned Leader/H.o.D
