1) Commercial and producing planning
– Overseeing planning development plans
– Managing planning compliance
– Informing and updating budgets associated with new developments
– Implement and achieve forecast accuracy targets
– Review performance and advise amendment to future forecast
– Identify potential risks and opportunities in the forecast and flag up the issue and potential solutions
– Planning producing schedule
– Check capacity versus monthly sale forecast (FC) and direct production planning to ensure on time availability of product to fill sale orders, scheduled preventive maintenance time
2) Demand and Supply Inventory Management
– Inventory planning and policy setting
– Overseeing Managing properties and Inventory
– Based on monthly sale FC to plan for material orders also check material shipment and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure inventory goals.
– Back up plans are available
– Report monthly stock take
3) Control SOP process
– Make business recommendation regarding sales and operation for continuous improvement to optimize production capacity & distribution network.
– Track and follow up actions required to ensure the improvement and enhance SOP
4) Strategy sourcing & Contract management
– Identify and analyze potential sources based on total cost of ownership
– Develop long term plan for material supply and freight sourcing
– Give operation inputs for contract term and condition
– Manage and follow up the contracts
