Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Plant Manager (Agriculture Product, Open for Local and Expat, $10,000, ID16750)
Supervise daily operations to meet output targets.
Optimize schedules and resources for efficient production.
Implement lean manufacturing principles for improved efficiency.
Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
Maintain consistent product quality, including taste and appearance.

Requirement
Male/Female, >35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in coffee manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., GFSI certifications like BRC/FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP).
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage for foreign candidates)
