Job Description
Process Engineer (Coating) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $900/month salary + opportunities to grow!
Provide technical support to the paint department, troubleshooting issues with processes, materials, and equipment to minimize downtime.
Scope, order, and implement new processes and equipment in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Supervisor.
Develop processing standards and assist in new product launches.
Lead cross-functional paint process improvement projects with teams from operations, maintenance, and controls.
Act as a liaison between the paint department and other departments like product design, assembly, maintenance, and quality.
Create work instructions for specific processes and products.
Evaluate and improve the entire manufacturing process flow, including part presentation, tooling, manpower, and work processes.
Requirement
Male/Female, 27-37 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
03 years of Experience in industrial automotive paint processes required.
Strong knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques.
