Job summary:
Strategy development & implementation: To lead and coordinate all activities related construction sector in whole project life cycle from initial phase to the project closed phase.
Safety: Promote safety first culture and getting feedback its implementation within the Breweries
Continuous Program execution:
Leading development of construction design… in collaboration with all Heineken disciplines.
Lead in creating and ensuring alignment, compliance with legal requirements as FF system, firewall resistance, structure, etc.
Coordinate with civil consultant, procurement during tendering
Construction management – Monitoring and controlling the construction works on site.
Stakeholder Management:
Developing approaches to involve project stakeholders base on their need, expectation, interest, and potential impact on the project.
Communicating and working with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectation, address issue, and foster appropriate stakeholder engagement involvement on the project.
Communication & Change Management:
Timely and appropriate collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information.
Training & Coaching: Co-ordinate with L&D to arrange the necessary training during project implement in HVN SC.

Job requirements:
University degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering.
Certification: Project Management, SHE Management.
From 3 years of working experience in Civil jobs at the role of Senior Construction Engineer/Project Civil Engineer/Deputy Project Manager.
Knowledge of international/local CSA/M&E/PEB standards and regulations.
Good communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills.
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, basic planning and project management skills.
Good PC skills: MS Offices, Auto cad, MS project
Conversant with spoken and written English.
