Mô tả công việc1. To have a complete knowledge of hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.2. To ensure that all information is complete, relevant and well loaded in the PMS.3. Opera configuration management.4. To support the Assistant Reservations Manager for the creation of reports in the PMS.5. Guide and supervise the Reservations agents to answer all questions about rates, room categories and hotel information.6. To sell rates according to availability and yield strategy.7. To ensure the guest satisfaction and successful reservations process.8. Pro-actively up-selling room types and the rest of outlets.9. To understand Front Office and Sales Office operations.10. To adhere strictly to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.11. To report for duty punctually, wear the correct uniform and name tag at all times.12. To keep the Reservations Office clean and tidy.13.
