    – In depth understanding of entire Value Chain for business opportunities.
    – Finding and developing new markets and improving sales by understanding the needs of the Vietnam market, the key opinion leaders and key stakeholders.
    – Collect the latest and qualified information for market demand, supply, price and buying sentiments relevant to the products and timely update with functions teams to optimize business volume and pricing excellency.
    – Writes new product proposal to Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director to promote new product to Vietnam market.
    – Develop new products by working with Senior Sales manager, Regional Sales Director, Regional Procurement team to launch these new products to Vietnam market.
    – Maintain close coordination with customer, providing technical support, solving technical problem together with technical team, and training customer on technical subjects when needed.
    – Understand business trend and leverages strength of the sales team to develop new product. Meeting with sales to coordinate developing new products.
    – Work with Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director on pricing and new product strategy.
    – Proactive to join meetings and projects with relevant teams to share solutions, constructive ideas and closely follow up action plan after meeting to get things done.
    – Consolidate market information, analyst short term and long-term demand growing trend, identify market risk and barriers, update the industry momentum, regulations and social impacts to build market landscape, identify market size with customer base to focus.
    – Performs other tasks required by Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director.

    – Quantity: 03 people
    – Graduated from University with major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
    – Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
    – Use office computer
    – Understanding the chemical market and other related knowledge.
    – Good in communication, good in negotiation, under high pressure, …
    – Analysing & Developing technical solutions.
    – Teamwork
    – Ethical, enthusiastic individual who exhibits logical thinking, hard-working
    – Over 7 years experience in the same position, prefer candidate who have knowledge & experience in the chemical industry field.
