* SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
– Analyze business performance across operations, finance, supply chain, and HR.
– Support management with data-driven insights and reports.
– Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
– Support cross-functional projects and decision-making.
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collect and analyze data from various sources (ERP, HR, Finance, Operations).
– Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis on KPIs, trends, and performance gaps.
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
– Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
– Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
– Support management in evaluating business cases, scenarios, and investment decisions.
– Work with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and assumptions.
– Present analysis results and insights to management in a clear

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
– Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders.
– Good communication and presentation skills.
– Good English communication skills.
