Job Description for Factory Accountant as below.
Daily tasks:
– Petty cash management at factory;
– Follow up with working tools and fixed assets regarding allocation, depreciation;
– Examine the legality and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents;
– Check payment document to ensure comply with company regulation, contract’s term;
– Entry exact accounting accounts into ERP;
Monthly tasks:
– Control fixed assets depreciation, tools and equipment allocation;
– Prepare closing transactions: accrual, allocation, depreciation…;
– Perform month-end / year-end accounts reconciliation;
-To support in month end closing process and monitoring of accounts;
– Reconcile inventories transactions with relevant departments and make inventory report monthly;
– Assist Chief Accountant in monthly management reports.
– Prepare and support for calculating the cost of inventory, cost of goods sold;
Quarterly/Yearly tasks:
– Support for interim and final audit
– Assist Chief Accountant in monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports.
Other tasks: Assigned by Chief Accountant & HR Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
– At least 3-year-experience in the related position
– College or Bachelor degree in Accounting
– Proficient in ERP, office computers (word, excel …)
***Working place: Gypsum Factory, Phu My II, Tan Phuoc, Phu My, Ba Ria-Vung Tau
