About Us, The Company:
We are the proud creators of two diverse product lines: Fine Vintage Jewelry and Online Education, specializing in Taxation and Financial Education. Our mission is clear: to supercharge our sales and boldly conquer new horizons. At present, our primary selling platforms are Etsy and Udemy, and we harness the power of social media to fuel traffic to these channels. But here’s the kicker: we’re not just content with the status quo. We’re determined to 10x our existing sales and venture into more lucrative selling platforms, including our very own websites.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We’ll lay the groundwork, providing the initial structures, while you, our Marketing Specialist/Project Coordinator, seize control of the “HOWs.” Your autonomy, creativity, and brilliance will steer the ship to success.
The Right Candidate’s Drive and Motivations:
Our ideal candidate is fueled by an unquenchable passion for marketing, boasting a proven track record of igniting sales. You’re a self-starter, thriving under minimal supervision, and you’re ready to take on the role of a Product Owner and claim ownership of the marketing channels. Visionary thinking and a desire to explore and test new marketing concepts are your hallmarks.
The Right Candidate’s Skills and Education:
Your toolkit includes a robust understanding of digital marketing, proficiency in channels like SEO, SEM, and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok…), plus a bonus if you’re well-versed in Etsy marketing, eCommerce (WordPress), and project coordination. Strong English communication skills are a must, and familiarity with vintage jewelry or U.S. taxation is a welcomed addition. Your ability to harness AI tools, such as ChatGPT, is the icing on the cake.
Work Goals for the First Year:
First Month of Hiring: Dive in and understand the 80/20 of existing channels, explore new channel opportunities, and become a maestro of Etsy marketing.
Second Month of Hiring: Present a comprehensive marketing plan with a clear strategy, tactics, and KPIs to supercharge sales.
Third Month of Hiring: Mastery of Etsy marketing is your badge of honor. Keep tabs on KPIs and select the next most impactful channels for mastery.
Sixth Month of Hiring: Achieve mastery in the chosen secondary channels for Fine Vintage Jewelry and become a Udemy marketing guru.
Twelfth Month of Hiring: Revel in the success of achieving 10x sales for both businesses. Delight your customers, inspire the team, and bask in the glory of performance bonuses.
