Mô tả công việcResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryResponsibility for Laundry Department for The Grand Ho Tram Strip property, to provide the overall operation of the Laundry Department .To perform in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.Assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi-Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.Fully support the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned.Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Company’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and SafetyEnsure that the work place is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.Establish and strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the work place is adequately equipped.Complete any other task as assigned by the manager.Ensure that all laundry charges for the day are posted into the Point of Sale System and operated correctly.Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet, Engineering and all other departments.Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, Departmental and Company trainings scheduled and other related activities.Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned.Identify and correct any errorsControl departmental costs including labor, dry cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.Be a hand on Manager and be present at all times in the place of work, especially during busy periods.Conduct quarter inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.Adhere strictly to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled.Yêu cầu công việcMust have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Assistant Laundry Manager positionGood communication and problem-solving skills.
