Mô tả công việc
Manage the documentation (verified document, drawings, reports, …) and control 5S at workshop warehouse.
Co-operation with groups and other departments to solve trouble problems at machines and equipment, analysis and making report to manager.
Upgrade material and equipment, follow up the inventory and making reports (import/ export/ inventory) to maintenance Manager.
Coordinator with the Vendor to check and receiving the material before arrange it to warehouse.
Support maintenance team to repair machines and do other activities relating to prevent maintenance machine.
Control check list machine (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and report if it has abnormal problems.
Check mechanical drawings, making the detail drawing for manufacturing and spare part items.
Check inventory and issue request to buy material spare parts for maintenance.
Control and responsible with import or export material for maintenance machine or production. Ensure material spare parts always stocked at the warehouse.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated in mechanical engineering with degree University or Colleges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (world, excel, power point) and design software (Auto cad, ZW Cad, solid works, …)
Experience in spare parts management and mechanical maintenance machine.
