Mô tả công việcKeeps supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints.Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.Sets tables with proper plates, cups, glasses and utensils before the catering function.At the end of the function, clear all tables dishes, linens, utensils, etc… return all equipment to their proper area.Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who attend catering functions.Handles and solves any concerns and questions for customers.Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.Prepares and serves drinks to guests.
