Mô tả việc làm
– Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting for Electrical & Automation Control System (PLC and SCADA system, motor, motor drivers, Strip guiding CPC/EPC system, sensor, HV/LV power supply system, hydraulic, pneumatics, DCS system, on-line measuring gauge systems, process monitoring & control instrument etc.)
– Carry out improvement, modification, development Electrical & Control system (hardware & software and operation process)
– Spare part management (identify needed parts, purchasing, inventory management, etc.)
– Supervising and allocating works for technical staff, subcontractor
– Creating, maintaining and improving maintenance program (PM, Pdm, TPM…)
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety lesgislation
– Other relevant tasks as assigned by Superior.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Bachelor degree on Electrical/Automation control background.
– Conceptual knowledge abound PLC system (hardware & software)
– Conceptual knowledge abound DCS system (hardware & software)
– Conceptual knowledge of motor controls, machine safety, Loop process control (PID), instrument & measurement device, power distribution, and low voltage control.
– Understanding of network systems architectures and management such as profibus, profinet, TC-Net, Ethernet…
– Ability to communicate and interface well with other members of team and other department
– Good English communication
– Good analysis and problem solve ability
